Branch distributors for air-conditioning pipework are a repetitive brazed joint. The catalogue station replaces a flame on that joint. Heating can start without a long warm-up, the joint is bright, and the cycle can be set. Recommended models are the LZ-100F class at about 5–10 kW working power and the LZ-200F class at about 10–20 kW, both on three-phase 380 V. Welding time and cooling time are set in seconds. Water cooling is about 0.2 MPa. Send the pipe size, the number of branches and the pieces per hour.
