Induction Forging and Hot Forming Equipment
Forging, hot forming, diathermy and end heating use induction so the bar is hot through the section, not only on the skin. LZ matches an IGBT medium-frequency or superaudio supply, or a KGPS supply, to the bar diameter and the kilograms per minute. The catalogue prints steel, copper and aluminum rates for JLZ forging furnaces, and a separate KGPS table by power, frequency, bar diameter and tonnes per hour. A feeder can be added. Power sets the speed. Frequency sets the temperature difference between the core and the surface.
