Wire and Tube Induction Annealing
Wire, bar and tube annealing can run online. The catalogue line uses an IGBT supply and an induction coil around the moving product. Bright annealing is the same family with a protective atmosphere. Metals listed are stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and titanium alloys. A separate constant-temperature, constant-voltage sintering station is shown for electromagnetic wire, with digital frequency tracking and 24-hour protection. JL-15TC and JL-30TC are the models in that table, on three-phase 380 V, with input current about 0–30 A and 0–60 A.
