Induction Heating Power Supply
The power supply makes the frequency and the kilowatts. It does not, by itself, set the kilograms in a crucible or the case depth on a shaft. LZ builds four catalogue families. LZZ medium frequency, about 15–600 kW. LZC superaudio, about 30–200 kW. LZ high frequency, about 5–120 kW. LZCG ultrahigh frequency, about 3–100 kW. KGPS cabinets serve the larger melting and forging lines. Common supplies are single-phase 220 V and three-phase 380 V, 50/60 Hz. Other plant voltages in Europe, the United States and Brazil are confirmed before the cabinet is built.

- Four IGBT families plus KGPS.
- Frequency family first, then kilowatts.
- Separate from furnace capacity.
- Voltage confirmed for the destination country.
