The JL high-frequency series is the machine buyers ask for when the heat must stay near the surface or in a joint: brazing, hardening, small forging and annealing. Catalogue output runs from 5 kW to 120 kW. JL-5 and JL-15 are single-phase 220 V. From JL-30 upward the catalogue supply is three-phase 380 V, 50/60 Hz. Frequency bands in the catalogue run from about 30 kHz to 250 kHz depending on the model. MOSFET and IGBT sections, constant current and constant power control, and fault protection are listed in the series features. This page is the power supply and heating station. It is not a melting furnace capacity.
